Training treats should be tiny
During a training session you might give dozens of rewards, so the best training treats are small, soft and quick to eat. Pea-sized is plenty, even for big dogs. Soft treats are easy to break smaller.
Supervise long-lasting chews
Chews like tendons and jerky keep dogs busy, but always supervise, choose a size your dog can't swallow whole, and take the chew away once it's small enough to be a choking risk.
