How Toodle makes money
Last updated September 16, 2026 · Draft pending legal review
Toodle is free to use. When you click a link to a retailer, brand, or insurance carrier and then buy something, sign up, or request a quote, Toodle may receive a commission or referral fee from that company. This does not increase the price you pay.
What this means for you
- Buttons that lead to a partner are labelled with the partner's name and open the partner's site.
- Toodle's recommendations are ranked by fit for your pet (size, life stage, activity, and the needs you choose), not by how much a partner pays. Partner payments are never an input to ranking.
- Prices shown on Toodle are labelled with how fresh they are (current, last checked, or estimated). The partner's site always has the final price.
- Insurance pages show carrier-published plan information and route you to the carrier for a quote. Toodle is not an insurance agent or broker.
Programs Toodle participates in
Toodle is applying to affiliate and referral programs run by pet retailers, brands, and insurance carriers, including programs operated through affiliate networks. This list is updated when a program goes live.
As an Amazon Associate, Toodle earns from qualifying purchases. (Shown here and beside any Amazon link once the program is active.)
Sponsored placements
Toodle does not currently accept paid placement or sponsored rankings. If that ever changes, sponsored items will be clearly labelled as such.
